Eating one or all of these foods regularly will help your body get the water it needs to function efficiently, and you can enjoy the process all at the same time.

Coconut Water

Coconut water is amazing for the body. In fact, along with being great for hydration, it also has a huge blast of antioxidants which keep the cells and body protected. If you get the right kind of coconut water, it has a very fresh and mildly sweet taste. The combination of sodium and vinegar makes it great for replacing electrolytes and giving your body back some of what it loses naturally in sweat. It will help to re-hydrate the body, which is what makes it great for both of the ailments mentioned above. It doesn’t matter if you eat pickles or just drink the juice. You’ll be getting the same great benefits either way.
